Thank you for your enrollment. We hope you are happy with your enrollment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your enrollment for any reason, you may get a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To discontinue one of our classes, you need to give us one-month notice. No refunds are applicable if the classes have started. A refund can only be done if the student decides to drop out before the class he is enrolled in starts.
To get a refund the student or his guardian must mail or call Stemon-BD before the student’s class starts to inform that the student wants to unenroll from our class. Once it is done, Stemon-BD will check if the request meets the condition for a refund. If the conditions are met, the guardian of the student may choose a method available for the refund; Debit or Credit Card Payment Reversal - which is going to take 9-10 working days or, Bank Deposit / Mobile Payment Reversal(Bkash/Nagad) - which is going to take 7 working days. A refund charge will be applicable for both methods.
